Abu Dhabi Council And Seen App Unite To Elevate E-Commerce Experience
The Abu Dhabi Businesswomen Council, part of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, has partnered with Seen App Ecommerce to enhance online shopping and provide e-commerce training for its members. This collaboration aims to support merchants and elevate the e-commerce landscape in the region.
The memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed by Shaikha Al Nowais, a Board Member of the Abu Dhabi Businesswomen Council, and Maitha Al Katheeri, Founder and CEO of Seen App Ecommerce. The signing ceremony took place at the Abu Dhabi Chamber headquarters with several officials from both organisations present.
Shaikha Al Nowais highlighted the Council's dedication to empowering businesswomen and female entrepreneurs. She stated, "Our partnership with the Seen App is consistent with our continued commitment to empowering creative businesswomen and female entrepreneurs. We actively encourage their growth and development by facilitating their entry into the dynamic world of ecommerce, and this partnership is one example of it."

She further emphasised that leveraging digital platforms like Seen App provides innovative marketing opportunities. This aligns with Abu Dhabi's directives on expanding e-services and digital transformation initiatives.
Maitha Al Katheeri expressed enthusiasm about the partnership's potential to amplify women's presence in various business sectors. She remarked, "Our distinguished partnership with the Abu Dhabi Businesswomen Council is set to amplify the presence of women across all business sectors. The ‘Seen’ platform offers a comprehensive suite of services that will enable all merchants in Abu Dhabi and UAE to broaden their global reach."

As part of the agreement, members of the Abu Dhabi Businesswomen Council can join Seen App for free for one month. After this trial period, they will receive a 50 percent discount on subscription fees. Additionally, people of determination will get a complimentary subscription for a year, followed by a 50 percent discount thereafter.
