7X Launches National Logistics Network NXN To Transform Trade And Delivery Services In UAE

7X, a trade, transport, and logistics holding group, has introduced its new national logistics network (NXN) during the 28th Universal Postal Congress – Dubai 2025. This event is hosted by the UAE and organised by 7X in partnership with the Universal Postal Union (UPU). NXN aims to set a new standard in postal, parcel, and logistics services by uniting local and international providers under one network.

The NXN network is built on a hybrid physical-digital infrastructure. It offers individuals, businesses, and the eCommerce sector a seamless experience for sending, receiving, storing parcels, and fulfilling shipments. This launch aligns with 7X's strategic vision to create digital solutions that empower businesses and reinforce the UAE's position as a global trade hub.

Tariq Al Wahedi, Group CEO of 7X, stated: "Our goal is to create an open network that transforms logistics from a fragmented and expensive system to a unified, global ecosystem. NXN is the practical embodiment of this vision." This initiative supports the UAE’s aim to streamline processes in line with ‘We the UAE 2031’ and the ‘Zero Bureaucracy’ initiative.

The NXN network includes over 87 branches and more than 1,000 out-of-home pick-up and drop-off locations across the UAE. It also features smart lockers and digital channels for a seamless customer experience. The service offers same-day or next-day delivery options with flexible pick-up from any location or smart locker.

7X collaborates with leading local and global service providers like DHL, Aramex, FedEx, among others. These partnerships form the foundation of NXN. They enable partners along with subsidiaries EMX and FINTX to contribute significantly to transforming the logistics sector.

Abdulaziz Alhammadi explained: "NXN’s launch is a strategic step towards establishing an integrated national network that will transform the UAE’s retail and logistics services." The platform is structured around four pillars: 'Send', 'Receive', 'Store', and 'Enable'. These pillars provide comprehensive solutions for shipping, receiving, storage, and empowering SMEs.
