Efforts to strengthen national identity include promoting Arabic language and preserving heritage. The housing sector has seen improvements with Emiratis owning homes rising from 76% to 91% over five years.

The backlog of housing requests has decreased significantly, reducing waiting times for acquiring homes from four years to one year.
