3rd Industrialists Career Exhibition To Create Over 900 New Jobs Including Positions For People Of Determination

The Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT) has initiated the third Industrialists Career Exhibition. Scheduled from 28th to 30th October at the Abu Dhabi Energy Centre, this event connects job seekers with opportunities in industrial and advanced technology sectors. The previous editions successfully facilitated over 1,400 specialised roles for Emiratis, including 100 positions for People of Determination.

In this edition, more than 900 new jobs will be available across 93 private companies. Over 100 positions are reserved for People of Determination. Salama Al Awadhi, Director of National In-Country Value Programme at MoIAT, confirmed these figures. The exhibition has offered over 2,300 jobs across its three editions.

New Job Opportunities at Industrialists Exhibition

For the first time, female national service recruits from the "Hama" programme will have access to job and training opportunities. This initiative is a collaboration between the Government Development and the Future Office and the National Service and Reserve Authority (NSRA). It aims to develop specialised skills in five key sectors, including industry and advanced technology.

The Industrialists Career Exhibition is a joint effort involving MoIAT, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council (Nafis), and ADNOC Group. It operates under the National In-Country Value Programme (ICV), part of UAE’s Projects of the 50. This collaboration aims to streamline employment for Emirati talent by aligning job opportunities with their skills.

This year’s exhibition introduces an instant matching system via a specially designed app. This technology aligns jobseekers’ qualifications with available vacancies efficiently. The event will feature diverse job roles, including on-site, office-based, and hybrid positions.

The exhibition's goal is to bring together government bodies, private sector firms, training institutions, and jobseekers. It seeks to provide employment opportunities that match factory needs with jobseekers' skills, facilitating swift employment for Emiratis.

The event continues to build on its past successes by expanding its reach and offering more targeted opportunities for different groups within society. By doing so, it supports national goals of enhancing local workforce capabilities in vital sectors.
