The 1 Billion Followers Summit has named Germán Garmendia, a Chilean YouTuber, as an ambassador for its upcoming third edition. This event, themed "Content for Good," will occur in Dubai from 11th to 13th January, 2025. Garmendia, a prominent figure in the Spanish-speaking digital world, will join other ambassadors to promote the summit's objectives.

Germán Garmendia expressed his excitement about this role, stating, "I’m thrilled to be named an ambassador for the third edition of the 1 Billion Followers Summit. It is one of the biggest creator-focused events on the planet. The summit is a great opportunity for me to connect with experts, speakers, and other prominent attendees." Germán Garmendia is New Ambassador for Summit

The summit aims to gather over 1 billion people worldwide by bringing together top media influencers and content creators. These individuals will discuss how new media can boost national economies and support sustainable development. The event also seeks to position the UAE as a global hub for creativity by attracting key personalities and social media platforms.

Garmendia joins a list of ambassadors that includes Ahmed El Ghandour, Anas Marwah, Asalah Maleh, Anas Bukhash, Ammar Taqi, Khoubaib Kouas, and Prajakta Koli. These ambassadors will use their platforms to raise awareness about the summit's mission and encourage participation in its initiatives.

Germán Garmendia has built a massive following of over 121 million people across various platforms. He first gained fame with his YouTube channel HolaSoyGerman in 2011.
