Gordon Murray Automotive Unveils Trio Of Supercars In Riyadh Debut
Gordon Murray Automotive (GMA), the distinguished British car manufacturer, has chosen the SEVEN Concours 2024 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as the stage for the regional debut of its trio of supercars: the T.50, T.50s Niki Lauda, and the newly unveiled T.33 Spider. This marks a significant first for GMA, showcasing its commitment to engineering excellence and performance-driven design from March 1 to 7.
Located in the event's VIP area, the display of these three models provides an insight into GMA's dedication to lightweight and artistic engineering. The T.50, known for its combination of design, engineering, and performance, particularly through its 12,100 rpm V12 engine, will be demonstrated through several display laps, highlighting the brand's pursuit of driving perfection.

Phillip Lee, the CEO of Gordon Murray Group, along with Dario Franchitti MBE, a renowned racing driver and GMA's Executive Product and Brand Director, will be present to engage with customers and fans. Their participation underlines the importance of the Saudi Arabian market to GMA, as Lee emphasizes the honour of showcasing their cars and brand in the region for the first time.
Highlight on the T.50
The T.50 on display is the final 'Production Series' model, serving as a validation step before the commencement of customer car production. Its 'Bespoke Rio Blue' colour and advanced aerodynamics, including a 400 mm rear-mounted fan, underscore its unique offering in the supercar segment. Notably, the T.50 combines thrilling performance with practicality, providing 295 litres of luggage space accessible via gullwing openings.
Special Demonstrations
Attendees of the Riyadh event will be treated to parade laps by the T.50, showcasing its prowess. Additionally, the T.50s Niki Lauda will demonstrate the capabilities of its 772 PS Cosworth GMA V12 engine, reaching a 12,100 rpm limit. This track-ready version, of which only 25 will be made, boasts a unique design with a carbon fibre monocoque and custom body panels. The XP1 'Experimental Prototype' model, finished in a deep red, will be on display.
The T.33 Spider Unveiled
Completing the trio, the T.33 Spider offers an open-top experience designed to provide the most immersive driving sensation. Its engineering was meticulously planned to ensure unparalleled performance, echoing the commitment seen in its coupe version. With the roof retracted, drivers can enjoy the roar of the 617 PS 3.9 litre Cosworth GMA.2 V12 engine as it surpasses 11,000 rpm.
