Ford Motor Company recently celebrated the opening of Premier Motors' new state-of-the-art Ford & Lincoln showrooms and service center in Al Ain. At the helm of the inauguration was Kay Hart, International Markets Group President for Ford, showcasing the company's commitment to enhancing its presence and customer service in the UAE.
The expansive 157,000 square feet 3S (Sales, Service, and Spare Parts) complex is strategically located on Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Awwal St in Al Ain, underscoring a monumental shift towards providing unparalleled automotive experiences. Ashok Khanna, CEO of Premier Motors, expressed his enthusiasm for the facility, stating it is aimed at offering world-class ownership experiences, coupled with Ford's exceptional service standards.

The Ford showroom features 16 new vehicles, each available with a five-year or 100,000 kilometres warranty and service contract. Additionally, five Ford Approved vehicles are on offer, each undergoing a rigorous 164-point check-up, guaranteeing quality and reliability.
The Lincoln showroom, on the other hand, features four new vehicles and two Lincoln Certified vehicles, all backed by a comprehensive 200-point premium inspection. Customers benefit from a two-year service contract, Lincoln Certified warranty, and a history guarantee, ensuring peace of mind and satisfaction.
Comprehensive Service Facility
The service center spans over 62,000 square feet, including a dedicated service area with 16 bays for Ford & Lincoln, and a body shop with 13 service bays. The Spare Parts center, covering more than 8,400 square feet, is fully stocked to support the service center's needs, emphasizing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
