Dubai: RTA's 116th Open Plate Auction To Feature Exclusive 90 Vehicle Plates
Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) is gearing up to present an impressive collection of 90 vehicle licensing plates at its 116th Open Licensing Plates Auction. The selection includes plates with two to five digits, featuring codes such as AA, L, N, P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, W, X, Y, and Z. Among the highlights of the auction are the highly coveted AA17 and V96 number plates, expected to draw significant interest from collectors and enthusiasts alike.
Scheduled for Saturday, October 12, 2024, the auction promises to be an eventful day for potential bidders, starting from 4:30 pm at the prestigious Jumeirah Beach Hotel. With the auction date fast approaching, registration for interested participants will begin on Monday, October 7, 2024. Those looking to secure their spot at the bidding hall are encouraged to register early, as space is limited and priority will be given to those who have pre-registered. However, provisions have been made for on-site registration from 2:00 pm on the day of the auction for those unable to register in advance.
For those interested in participating in the auction, registration can be completed through multiple channels including the RTA's website, the Dubai Drive app, or in person at any of RTA's Customer Happiness Centres located in Umm Al Ramool, Deira, and Al Barsha. This multi-channel approach ensures a smooth and accessible registration process for all potential bidders.
