Chery UAE Launches Innovative Plug-In Hybrid Vehicles For Eco-Conscious Drivers

Chery UAE, represented exclusively by AW Rostamani, has introduced its Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) models to the Emirates market, a move that underscores the brand's dedication to sustainability and advanced automotive technology. These cutting-edge PHEV models, including the TIGGO 9 PHEV and the Arrizo 8 PHEV, are now showcased in showrooms, inviting eco-conscious drivers to explore the future of driving.

The introduction of these models signals a significant leap towards integrating sustainable practices with luxury driving experiences. The TIGGO 9 PHEV and Arrizo 8 PHEV are equipped with the latest hybrid technology, catering to both SUV and sedan fans who no longer have to compromise on performance for environmental friendliness. These vehicles offer a combined range of 1,200 km with just one full tank and a complete charge, illustrating Chery's commitment to efficiency and innovation.

The TIGGO 9 PHEV emerges as a standout in the premium SUV segment, offering variants such as AWD Premium and 2WD Luxury. It boasts a sophisticated dual motor hybrid system, a 1.5TGDI engine, and a 3-speed Dedicated Hybrid Transmission (3DHT), which together deliver up to 610 Hp of hybrid output power and 920 Nm of torque.

Its 34.46KWH battery ensures a pure electric range of up to 170 km. Furthermore, its luxurious interior is designed to enhance the driving experience, featuring a panoramic sunroof, noise-reducing glass, massage seats, advanced safety features, and an infotainment system with a 15.6" HD display.

The Arrizo 8 PHEV, on the other hand, showcases Chery's innovative hybrid technology in the premium sedan sector. It is powered by a 1.5TGDI petrol engine and an electric motor, offering a 118 km pure electric range, superior to many competitors. The vehicle prioritizes safety with its battery undergoing 800 checks every five minutes, IP68 protection against water and dust, and a rapid power cut-off system. Its refined interior includes a 24.6" dual display and premium audio, ensuring an exceptional driving experience.

Both the TIGGO 9 PHEV and Arrizo 8 PHEV feature advanced connectivity options, including wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. This allows for effortless mirroring of apps, navigation, and entertainment on the car's central display, enhancing the convenience for drivers.
