This growth is fueled by the advent of new technologies such as electric vehicles (EVs), advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), and connected car functionalities, heightening the demand for specialized training. The workshop will delve into strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction through accurate problem diagnosis, solution recommendation, and delivery of top-tier service.

Farid Sfeir, Training and Operations Manager at Tiqani, a leading talent development firm and certified trainer for prestigious brands like Jaguar Land Rover and Ford, highlighted the positive trajectory of Saudi Arabia's automotive aftersales performance. Sfeir, who will lead the workshop, emphasized the critical role of continuous learning in maintaining a competitive edge in this burgeoning market. According to him, a well-informed aftersales team is key to fostering customer loyalty and securing a competitive advantage.

Sfeir also pointed out the potential for further growth by improving sales team-customer interactions and leveraging data analytics to enhance service efficiency. These strategies are essential for the ongoing advancement of the industry.

The training session scheduled from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm on Thursday, May 2, promises attendees an in-depth exploration of continuous learning's significance for aftersales professionals. It will offer insights into various training programs, skill development opportunities, and strategies to stay abreast of the latest technological advancements and industry best practices.
