In The UAE's First, Al-Futtaim Auto Centers Launches Multi-Brand EV And Hybrid Vehicle Services

As the country's leading multi-brand aftersales network, Al-Futtaim Auto Centers is introducing specialized maintenance and repair services for electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles across its 18 facilities. Vehicle owners across the UAE, regardless of their electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle's make and model, can now access a wide array of services. These include maintenance, repair, and diagnostics, all performed by expertly trained technicians from Al-Futtaim Automotive's E-Mobility Training Centre.

This launch caters to the increasing demand for electrified mobility options in the country, providing a seamless, one-stop solution for automotive needs. With extended operating hours and a dedication to expertise, Al-Futtaim Auto Centers are redefining the customer experience, setting a new benchmark for EV support in the region.

This move also builds on the momentum from last year's inauguration of the region's first Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI) accredited e-mobility training center, aimed at enhancing the skills of aftersales technicians.

Jawahar Ganesh, Managing Director of Global Aftersales at Al-Futtaim Automotive, emphasized the strategic importance of this launch. "We are transforming Al-Futtaim Auto Centers into comprehensive hubs for modern mobility needs while advancing the Al-Futtaim Group's COP28 commitment to bolster the EV ecosystem in the UAE," he stated. The initiative aims to encourage broader e-mobility adoption across the nation, marking a significant step towards sustainable progress and customer-centric service excellence.

Ganesh further explained the broader implications of expanding services to include EV maintenance and support. Additionally, by offering repair services for third-party warranty claims, we reinforce our aftersales division’s leadership and progressive stance within the industry," he added.

Al-Futtaim Auto Centers operate seven days a week, from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., and are fully equipped with advanced technological tools to ensure the highest standard of service for all brands of EVs and plug-in hybrids.
