Drums were sounded, a turtle wooden necklace was draped over my neck, and a gentleman in traditional Maldivian attire blew into a large seashell, allowing me to hear the ocean's sounds. I soon learned that this is a customary way to greet visitors.

This place embodied paradise with its tranquility and joy. I was taken to my luxurious 5-star "home" and assigned a personal butler who ensured I was aware of my schedule and completely at ease, catering to all my requirements. Yes, you read that right – I had a personal butler!

This was a completely new adventure that allowed me to explore the rich culinary heritage of the Maldives while improving my cooking skills. When it came time to taste my creation, I was thrilled and immensely proud of what I had accomplished. The outcome was simply delightful.

It was finally my moment to unwind. In an instant, the stress accumulated from years of city living faded away. It was truly a captivating view. This spa was the largest and most stunning I had ever encountered. It felt like stepping into a fairy tale, as the splendour of this place seemed almost otherworldly. I had to return the following day, and I did. I simply couldn't get enough of its beauty.

Regarding the massage, I was truly impressed by the professionalism of the staff. The atmosphere of the room creates a sense of tranquility, and the overall experience was literally out of this world.

The following day, I was delighted to discover a floating breakfast waiting for me in my private pool. Since I was exploring solo, I couldn't resist sharing my tasty breakfast with my furry friends—the island cats. We all enjoyed it immensely, as it was quite indulgent. I chose the continental breakfast, which consisted of a basket filled with bread, croissants, donuts, cinnamon rolls, and various pastries. Alongside that were an omelette, sausages, and baked beans. The meal also featured two types of yogurt, jam, and a generous fruit platter. This delightful breakfast was accompanied by fresh juice and coffee. It was an ideal way to kick off my day. I also had the option of choosing the English Breakfast or the Maldivian breakfast for the floating experience.

It was the most vivid underwater scenery I've ever encountered. Among all the snorkeling locations I've visited globally, the waters of the Maldives provide a unique experience. I even encountered species of sea creatures I had never seen before. And the highlight of my adventure was swimming alongside a shark! Yes, you read that correctly—a friendly shark!

Having finished my last adventure, I needed to return "home" to prepare my bags and get some rest for my early seaplane flight to the airport the following day, heading back to Dubai. I won't pretend otherwise - I felt a deep sadness about leaving this incredible place and all the amazing people I've met.
