Etihad Airways To Begin Direct Flights To These Vibrant European Cities In 2025
Etihad Airways, the UAE's national airline, is expanding its global reach with new routes to Warsaw in Poland and Prague in Czechia. This marks the first time Etihad will offer direct flights to these destinations.
Starting 2 June 2025, Etihad will operate four weekly flights to both Warsaw and Prague. This move aims to provide business and leisure travellers with easy access to these vibrant European capitals. The expansion is part of Etihad's strategy to diversify its European network.
The new routes will be serviced by Etihad's Boeing 787 Dreamliner, featuring 28 Business Class and 262 Economy Class seats. This ensures a high level of comfort for all passengers on every flight.

Poland and Czechia have become significant sources of visitors to the UAE. The introduction of direct flights from Warsaw and Prague is expected to enhance travel options for people from these regions. Travellers can now easily explore Abu Dhabi's attractions, including its beautiful beaches, rich cultural heritage, and world-class entertainment.
Abu Dhabi serves as a major global hub with seamless connectivity through Etihad's extensive network. The new flights will connect smoothly to key destinations across the Middle East, Asia, the Indian Subcontinent, and Australia. Major cities like Sydney, Mumbai, Bangkok, and Riyadh will be easily accessible for both business and leisure travellers.

Tickets for these new routes are available now on Etihad.com and the Etihad Airways mobile app. Guests booking through etihad.com can enjoy a complimentary stopover in Abu Dhabi with a free stay for up to two nights at their preferred hotel in the UAE capital.
Starting from 2 June 2025, Etihad Airways will operate flights between Abu Dhabi and Prague. The flight number EY155 will depart from Abu Dhabi International Airport (AUH) at 02:50 and arrive at Prague Václav Havel Airport (PRG) at 07:15. This service will be available four times a week.
For the return journey, flight EY156 will leave Prague at 11:20 and reach Abu Dhabi at 19:05. This route will also be serviced four times weekly, ensuring convenient travel options for passengers.
From 3 June 2025, Etihad Airways will commence flights between Abu Dhabi and Warsaw. Flight EY159 is scheduled to depart from Abu Dhabi International Airport (AUH) at 02:45 and land at Warsaw Chopin Airport (WAW) at 06:50. This route will be operated four times a week.
The return flight, EY160, will take off from Warsaw at 11:15 and arrive in Abu Dhabi by 19:00. Similar to the Prague route, this service will also run four times per week.
