Dig Into Special Menu Onboard Emirates This Eid Al Fitr
As the Holy Month of Ramadan draws to a close, Emirates is set to celebrate Eid al Fitr, which is expected to begin on 10 April, with a special selection of regional flavours onboard, traditional Eid dishes in its lounges, and an expanded array of Arabic movies and TV series on its ice entertainment system.
From 10-13 April, Emirates will treat passengers departing Dubai to a culinary celebration of Eid. Economy Class customers can look forward to enjoying chicken biryani and lamb kibbeh labanieh, complemented by desserts like halwa brownie with cardamom sauce and chocolate mousse with batheeth crumble.

Travelers in Premium Economy and Business Class will have the opportunity to indulge in dishes such as chicken mashwi el jeder and fish matfy, alongside desserts including a pistachio and hibiscus namoura and vanilla and rose mousse cake.
First Class passengers will be offered an exclusive menu featuring hammour matfy, braised beef short ribs machbouse, and lamb kebabs, with desserts like vanilla and rose mousse cake and a warm orange blondie. Additionally, all passengers will receive a mini treat with their meal to wish them 'Eid Mubarak’.
The A380 onboard lounge will also feature Emirati pastries and Arabic coffee, along with pistachio cake and saffron and cardamom cake for passengers to enjoy.
Emirates Lounges Serve Eid Favourites
On 10 April, Emirates Lounges in Dubai will offer a delightful selection of Eid favourites. First Class customers can enjoy Arabic coffee, hot and cold Arabic mezzeh, lamb ouzi, and a variety of sweet treats such as kunafa and kathayef. Business Class guests can savour chicken khabsa and desserts including date mammoul and baklava pecan rolls. Additionally, an old-fashioned ice cream cart will serve homemade Baklava and Arabic coffee ice cream, specially made for the Eid celebrations.
Entertainment for Eid on Emirates ice
During Eid al Fitr, Emirates’ ice entertainment system will feature an extensive range of content, including more than 100 Arabic films such as "Amakor," "El Saf El Akheer," and "Al Masafa Sefr." Passengers can also enjoy over 285 Hollywood movies with Arabic subtitles and 46 channels of Arabic TV series. The selection includes popular series from Shahid like "Batn El Hout" and "Seeb Wa Ana Aseeb." In addition, there are 15 channels of Arabic podcasts and audiobooks, The Holy Qur'an, and over 500 channels of Arabic music, ensuring a wide variety of entertainment options for travelers over Eid.
