Unique Perks: Visa, dnata Launch Exclusive Offers For GCC's Luxury Travellers

dnata Representation Services (dRS) has partnered with Visa to offer exclusive resort and hotel deals to high-net-worth (HNW) travellers in the Gulf. This collaboration aligns with the launch of Visa's Private card, targeting individuals with significant financial assets or high monthly salaries.

Cardholders will enjoy unique perks such as upgrades, preferred rates, and tailored experiences at select premium hotels. Participating properties include Club Med's all-inclusive resorts, Villa Le Corail in Vietnam, City of Dreams in Cyprus, Seehof Davos in Switzerland, and 369 Degrees Hotels & Maisons in France.

Exclusive Benefits for GCC s Wealthy Travellers from Dnata and Visa

The partnership integrates these establishments into Visa's concierge and benefits platforms. These platforms serve as personalised travel and lifestyle channels for HNW clients. The aim is to provide seamless access to luxury travel options through trusted environments.

This initiative highlights a shift in how the region's wealthy travellers discover and book luxury travel. Instead of traditional digital channels or travel agents, HNW clients prefer concierge services within their financial institutions. These platforms focus on privacy, curation, and trust.

"This collaboration is about meaningful access, not just visibility," said Rakhi Purohit, head of dnata Representation Services. "Our hotel partners are connecting with a highly selective customer base through a trusted and exclusive environment. These travellers don't browse – they expect seamless, premium service delivered where they already are."

The platform will target popular destinations for Gulf-based outbound travellers. Regions like Europe, the Indian Ocean, and Southeast Asia are consistently ranked as top luxury getaways among the GCC's growing HNW population.

"With dnata Representation Services, Visa Private is giving high‑net‑worth cardholders access to exceptional destinations with the privacy and personalization they value," said Yuri Topunov, VP & Head of Products & Solutions for MENA – Visa. "It's about delivering seamless, curated journeys - all backed by Visa's payment security and worldwide acceptance - that match the lifestyle aspirations of GCC travellers while driving value for our hospitality partners."

The introduction of Visa Private in the UAE coincides with significant private wealth growth in the region. According to Henley & Partners, the UAE led global millionaire migration in 2023. Meanwhile, Saudi Arabia is increasingly becoming a hub for ultra-high-net-worth investment.

For dnata Representation Services, this collaboration is part of a strategy to offer hotel partners smarter access points to premium travellers beyond traditional OTAs and mass marketing channels.

"Visa's concierge services are becoming trusted gateways for a new generation of luxury spenders," Purohit added. "This is about elevating how and where bookings happen – through curated, closed-loop ecosystems that reflect the expectations of today's top-tier travellers."
