Automated vendor verification then assesses identity, registration, tax and statutory compliance, financial health, bankruptcy status and foreign directorships, generating a supplier readiness score before a vendor is even invited to bid.

During the evaluation phase, Shrevit's AI bid analysis compares technical and commercial submissions against buyer-defined weightages, such as a 60:40 split between quality and price. The system ranks vendors as L1, L2 and L3—even when submissions are partial—and flags deviations for review before any award is finalized. Negotiation tools, including live reverse auctions, facilitate competitive sourcing. The AI provides recommendations, but the final decisions remain with the people.
