Dubai, UAE: Marking a major step in international tech cooperation, Dr. E. Vishnu Vardhan Reddy, IFS, Consul General of India in Dubai, has officially unveiled Preckon. This AI-native construction intelligence platform, created by entrepreneurs from Canada and India, aims to drive digital transformation across the Middle East’s construction sector. During the launch event, Dr. E.
