Preckon AI Launches in Dubai to Revolutionize Construction Efficiency

India’s Consul General Unveils AI-Powered Construction Platform ‘Preckon’ in Dubai

Dubai, UAE: Marking a major step forward for cross-border tech cooperation, Dr. E. Vishnu Vardhan Reddy, IFS, Consul General of India in Dubai, has officially introduced Preckon. This AI-driven construction intelligence platform, created by a team of Canadian and Indian entrepreneurs, aims to fast-track the digital evolution of the construction sector across the Middle East.

Utilizing advanced artificial intelligence, Preckon streamlines pre-construction planning, refines cost estimations, and evaluates engineering blueprints and tender paperwork, while providing actionable, real-time project insights. The system is built to help developers, contractors, consultants, and infrastructure firms boost productivity, minimize project setbacks, and facilitate quicker, data-backed decision-making throughout the GCC construction landscape.

Preckon AI Debuts in Dubai

This event signaled Preckon’s formal debut in the UAE. The market entry was orchestrated by Mr. Sundeep Kumar Makthala, who provided comprehensive assistance regarding stakeholder engagement, ecosystem partnerships, branding, government relations, and overall market-entry strategy to define the company’s regional growth plan.

Preckon was established by co-founders Mr. Sreedhar Gonepally (Sunny), who serves as CEO & Co-Founder of AISME LLC-FZ and President of the Canada Chapter of the World Telugu IT Council (WTITC), and Mr. Uma Mahesh Mukkara, a technology entrepreneur and Co-Founder of Preckon. The pair brings together decades of international experience spanning cloud technologies, enterprise software, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation.

Post-launch, the team engaged in strategic discussions with senior leadership at the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) regarding the potential to base Preckon’s regional operations in Ras Al Khaimah. Given the emirate’s swift expansion in hospitality, tourism, industrial development, construction, and major infrastructure works, RAKEZ expressed interest in supporting AI-based construction tech, positioning Ras Al Khaimah as a prime location for international tech firms looking to enter the Middle East.

Additionally, the delegation conferred with the leadership team at the Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park (SRTIP) to explore potential partnerships involving research commercialization, innovation, construction technology, and artificial intelligence. SRTIP officials received the proposal positively and examined ways to integrate AI-based construction solutions into Sharjah’s expanding innovation network.

During the event, Dr. E. Vishnu Vardhan Reddy, IFS, praised the concept driving Preckon and expressed support for the strengthening ties between India, Canada, and the UAE in the realm of emerging tech. He remarked that the UAE remains a vibrant innovation hub for international tech firms, urging entrepreneurs to utilize the nation’s supportive business climate to develop solutions with global scalability.

Mr. Sreedhar Gonepally (Sunny), Co-Founder of Preckon, said, "Preckon was built with a vision to transform the construction industry through artificial intelligence and intelligent automation. Our objective is to help the industry make smarter, faster, and more informed decisions while improving efficiency and reducing project costs. The UAE provides an exceptional environment for innovation, and we are excited to contribute to the region’s digital transformation journey through strategic partnerships and advanced AI solutions."

The introduction of Preckon, coupled with high-level talks at RAKEZ and SRTIP, underscores the increasing synergy between Canada, India, and the UAE regarding digital innovation, construction tech, and artificial intelligence. Furthermore, it solidifies the UAE’s status as a top-tier choice for international technology firms aiming to penetrate the GCC market via innovation-focused alliances.
