Integrace Appoints Bhaskar Iyer: A New Era for Healthcare Leadership

Integrace Names Bhaskar Iyer as Non-Executive Chairman. Mumbai, Sept 02, 2026: Integrace Private Limited ("Integrace" or the "Company"), a prominent healthcare firm with a solid footprint in women’s health and orthopaedics, has officially named Bhaskar Iyer as its Non-Executive Chairman.

Bhaskar contributes more than 40 years of leadership expertise within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries, boasting a proven history of fostering business transformation and expansion throughout India and the Asia-Pacific region. His career includes senior management positions at Glaxo India Limited, Wockhardt, AstraZeneca, and Abbott. Currently, he serves as an Independent Director on the boards of Themis Medicare Limited and RPG Life Sciences.

In his capacity as Non-Executive Chairman, Bhaskar is set to collaborate directly with CEO Rehan A. Khan and the executive team to bolster operations and broaden Integrace’s footprint within the Indian healthcare market. Following Warburg Pincus’s acquisition of Integrace in July 2026, the firm is working alongside the management team to fast-track growth and capitalize on the company’s potential to evolve into a more comprehensive healthcare entity in the country.
