Royal Commission For AlUla Collaborates With Google Cloud To Train Over 3,000 Community Members In Digital Skills

The Royal Commission for AlUla (RCU) has entered into a partnership with Google Cloud, aiming to transform AlUla into a hub for digital innovation. This collaboration was unveiled at the Google Cloud Summit in Riyadh and involves launching the AlUla Skills Lab (ASL). The initiative is designed to provide residents with advanced digital skills, highlighting RCU's dedication to digital transformation and human capital development.

Through the ASL initiative, over 3,000 participants from AlUla will be invited to join courses that enhance their expertise in areas like artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and data analytics. These training programs will be available both online and in-person. They will follow three main tracks: foundational and professional digital skills, data and artificial intelligence, and cloud computing.

The AlUla Skills Lab will also cater to students, educators, and digital enthusiasts by offering hands-on learning experiences using Google Cloud's digital tools.
