Zannier Hotels Partners With NEOM For New Luxury Eco-Resort In Saudi Arabia
Zannier Hotels has announced a partnership with NEOM to develop a luxury eco-resort in Zardun, located in the Northwest of Saudi Arabia on the Gulf of Aqaba. The resort, named Zannier Zardun, will be nestled within a semi-desertic landscape that stretches from mountains to the coastal plain.
Known for its unique hospitality projects that blend seamlessly with their surroundings, Zannier Hotels aims to create a tranquil retreat for guests seeking authentic experiences in a stunning natural setting. The resort will feature 100 rooms and suites spread across three signature buildings, each offering diverse and breathtaking experiences.
The resort will be situated within four square kilometers of restored landscape thriving with native fauna and flora. It will include lush oases designed to support diverse habitats, aiding the reintroduction of native animal, tree, and plant species. This initiative reflects NEOM and Zannier Hotels' commitment to preserving and enhancing the natural environment.
Guests at Zannier Zardun will have access to transformative experiences and educational programs focused on nature conservation and rewilding. They can also engage in various sports and leisure activities such as trekking, mountain biking, rock climbing, stargazing, meditation, and yoga.
A distinctive experience centre will welcome guests through an underground entrance leading to a 360-degree observation deck. This deck offers panoramic views of Zardun's splendor, providing an intimate connection between humans and nature.
