Wynn Al Marjan Island Unveils First Two Restaurants In Ras Al Khaimah

In the bustling heart of Ras Al Khaimah, the ambitious $5.1 billion Wynn Al Marjan Island project is steadily taking shape, poised to redefine luxury when it opens its doors in Spring 2027. Among its first announced attractions are two culinary gems: an upscale steakhouse by the globally acclaimed chef Alain Ducasse and a vibrant outpost of Delilah, the popular supper club renowned in Wynn Las Vegas.

The collaboration with legendary chef Alain Ducasse introduces a unique French-American steakhouse spanning two levels and covering an impressive 1,820 square meters. This venue is set to revolutionise the dining scene with its fusion of classic steakhouse elements and innovative French cuisine.

Wynn Al Marjan Island Reveals Two New Restaurants

Ducasse stated, "I'm very proud and honored to contribute to the Wynn Al Marjan Island project, which is for sure one of the most visionary and ambitious projects in the region." He aims to radically transform the steakhouse concept by infusing American classics with a contemporary French twist.

Guests can look forward to a menu featuring luxurious starters like Duck Fois Gras Brioche and Cheese Souffle, a specialised "Beef Club" section for selecting premium steaks, and dramatic tableside presentations adding a theatrical element to the dining experience.

Complementing the steakhouse, Delilah at Wynn Al Marjan Island offers a throwback to the iconic supper clubs of the 1950s, drawing inspiration from celebrated venues like El Morocco in New York and Maxim's in Paris. Occupying approximately 2,060 square meters on the first floor, Delilah will encapsulate a blend of fine dining, live music, and entertainment within a setting designed to evoke glamour and sophistication.

The supper club's menu will feature beloved dishes from its Las Vegas counterpart, such as Beef Wellington and Chicken Tenders, alongside new creations that highlight the region's finest ingredients. A meticulously curated selection of cocktails and wines will complement the food offerings, ensuring guests enjoy perfect pairings and specialty drinks with a touch of cinematic charm.

Wynn Design and Development, under the leadership of president and chief creative officer Todd-Avery Lenahan, is committed to surpassing guest expectations with the design of Wynn Al Marjan Island, including its restaurant spaces.

Lenahan shared, "Every element of Wynn Al Marjan Island has been conceptualised by Wynn Design & Development to surprise guests and surpass their expectations, to create a singular resort they've simply never experienced before." The design philosophy extends to creating memorable and opulent dining settings that captivate guests while they indulge in extraordinary culinary experiences.

The venture between Wynn Resorts and The h.wood Group, the Los Angeles-based hospitality and lifestyle company, continues to flourish with the introduction of Delilah to the Middle East.

Brian Toll and John Terzian, co-founders of The h.wood Group, expressed their excitement about the partnership, highlighting Delilah as a "truly special concept" that promises an unparalleled standard of luxury dining.
