Sankari And IHG To Introduce World's First Luxury Regent Residences In Dubai

Sankari, a luxury real estate developer in Dubai, has announced a partnership with IHG Hotels & Resorts to launch the world's first Regent Residences in Dubai. This collaboration aims to redefine luxury living in the region.

The development, named Regent Residences Dubai - Sankari Place, will be located in Marasi Marina and feature 63 full-floor residences and ten floating homes. This project is a milestone for both Sankari and IHG, marking the first standalone residential project managed by Regent.

Sankari Place is set in Marasi Marina, offering residents stunning views of Dubai Creek and Downtown Dubai. The development promises an exclusive living experience with top-tier amenities and services tailored for modern luxury homeowners.

The Regent brand is known for its sophistication and elegance, with iconic properties like Carlton Cannes. Regent Residences Dubai - Sankari Place will be their first standalone residential flagship project developed from inception. This marks the beginning of Regent's vision to expand their branded residences footprint in the region.

For fine dining enthusiasts, there will be a private dining room, cigar lounge, and cellar. The development also includes a business lounge, large spa, and residents' lounge to cater to every need.
