VOX Cinemas Unveils Local Tour: A New Comedy Series Featuring Top Arab Comedians Across UAE

The collaboration between VOX Cinemas and the Emirati Comedy Club is set to bring a fresh wave of entertainment with the introduction of the Local Tour.

This innovative series of live comedy shows will spotlight seasoned comedians performing across various locations, including Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Abu Dhabi. The initiative aims to provide a platform for Arabic speaking talents, offering audiences an evening filled with laughter and amusement.

The Local Tour's debut is eagerly anticipated, with the first show scheduled for 27 September at VOX Cinemas City Centre Al Zahia. Headlining the event are renowned Arabic speaking comedians Bin Swelah and Bader Saleh, who are expected to entertain the crowd with their unique blend of humor, incorporating punchlines, amusing anecdotes, and sharp observations. This event marks the beginning of a series of comedy nights designed to entertain and engage fans of Arabic comedy.

As part of their commitment to fostering local talent, VOX Cinemas and the Emirati Comedy Club have undertaken a community initiative aimed at discovering and developing the next wave of Arab comedians. This drive included a Casting Night held on 11-12 August and a highly successful Open Mic Night on 23 August, setting the stage for the upcoming Local Tour.
