With a sprawling 2,000 sq feet store in Churchill Tower, Varak now processes an average of 1,500 orders monthly and aims to deliver fresh cakes across all emirates within a two-hour window, affirming its status as a leader in the luxury dessert market.

Founded in 2020 by Preet, a Swiss hospitality graduate, and Diva, a seasoned pastry chef, Varak set out to redefine the luxury dessert scene in Dubai. The duo began their venture from the cosy confines of their home kitchen, combining Preet's expertise in hospitality and Diva's pastry-making skills. As their creations gained popularity, Varak expanded its team to seven members, catering to the growing demand for their exquisite treats.

By November 2021, after 20 months of hard work, dedication, and self-funding, Varak made its first significant move to a smaller space in Business Bay. This boutique not only offered a variety of cakes but also introduced a fresh perspective on edible gifting with artisanal panned nuts and brittles. In 2023, with the backing of a seasoned angel investor involved in Addmind, Sunset Hospitality, Trove Dubai Mall, and Neat Burger, Varak embarked on a new era of growth and innovation.
