Zordaar: Dubai's Premier Indian Restaurant Unveils 75 Dishes From 16 States
The Chandramari Group, known for its innovative dining concepts, has introduced Zordaar, a new Indian restaurant in Dubai's Millenium Al Barsha. This establishment aims to offer a unique dining experience with its diverse and imaginative menu, blending traditional Indian cuisine with modern twists.
Zordaar's menu features 75 dishes from 16 states and districts across India. Highlights include Delhi Fried Chicken, Kanyakumari Coastal Pulav, Kolkata Fish, Goan Fish, Mumbai Pav, Hyderabadi Biryani, and Prayagraj Yakhni Pulav. Regional specialties like Agra Kadak Aloo Tikki and Ajmer Kulfi further enhance the dining experience.

One standout dish is the Vada Pav Spring Roll, which reimagines Mumbai's iconic street food into a crispy spring roll topped with garlic chutney and mirchi tempura. Other inventive offerings include the Dhamakedaar Kutchi Dabeli Quesadilla and Goan Pomfret Recheado.

Chef Ajay Chopra leads Zion Hospitality in crafting Zordaar's recipes. Head Chef Karna Bahadur oversees the kitchen with over 15 years of experience in Indian cuisine.
Zordaar prioritizes high-quality ingredients and supports local producers to maintain sustainability and authenticity. The restaurant prepares 17 distinct spices in-house to ensure exceptional taste and adherence to traditional recipes.
