The Villa Square will span over 124,000 square feet of built-up area. It is designed to offer a balance between convenience and unique experiences. Situated in Wadi Al Safa 5, The Villa Square Mall is strategically positioned to serve nearby residential clusters at The Villa community. It also aims to attract visitors from across Dubai.
