The Sustainable City - Yiti Unveils The Arc: A New Era For Luxury And Sustainable Living In Oman

The Sustainable City - Yiti, positioned as Oman's premier sustainable development aimed at achieving net zero emissions, has recently unveiled The Arc. This significant addition introduces 132 luxury serviced residences, epitomising a blend of modernity, sustainability, and timeless design within its core.

Situated at the heart of the development, The Arc embarks on a new era, aligning with the ambitious Oman Vision 2040 by offering an array of future-proof living solutions. The Arc distinguishes itself with three unique residential collections, each embodying a contemporary take on coastal living where luxury meets sustainability.

Highlighting this exclusive offering is a signature collection from Nikki Beach, showcasing two to four-bedroom homes. These residences boast spacious layouts, sweeping views of the sea and mountains, and are equipped with advanced smart home technology.
