The Slice At Central Park Towers: Dubai's New DIFC Destination Launching With Exquisite Dining And Unique Cocktails
Dubai is set to welcome a unique addition to its dining and entertainment scene with the opening of The Slice next month. Positioned in the bustling Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), this new destination will feature an impressive 3500 square foot terrace offering unparalleled views of the iconic Burj Khalifa. Spearheaded by hospitality entrepreneur Tom Muir in partnership with Grupo Anderson's of Mexico and restaurant operator Daniel Peterman, known for his work at Zuma and Roka, The Slice aims to blend the ambiance of sunset drinks with exquisite dining and late-night cocktails.
Thomas Muir, the visionary behind The Slice, expressed his enthusiasm about this venture, stating, "I am very proud that our first standalone hospitality venture in Dubai is a new destination incorporating three exciting venues. Rowley's is a steakhouse I have loved and enjoyed over the many years I have lived in London and we are pleased to be bringing it to Dubai. The Ledge will become a popular DIFC hotspot with guests finishing their workday and relaxing on a rooftop terrace with the backdrop of the Burj Khalifa. Tapline is a cocktail bar serving the best cocktails on tap at an affordable price which we believe will resonate with guests. I feel The Slice is well placed to become a DIFC landmark; catering by day to the busy working community and by night to the thriving nightlife of the DIFC."

Rowley's Premier Steak Experience
The Slice will host Rowley’s, marking the London-based historic steakhouse's first foray outside the UK in its 50-year history. Known for its mono-dish menu centered around premium steak, Rowley’s at The Slice will continue this tradition by serving a straightforward yet delectable choice of steak, salad, fries, and cake. The selection process for the steak spanned over six months to ensure only the finest quality meat graces the plates of diners. Positioned to be an affordable luxury, Rowley's offers a 200g steak complemented by unlimited fries and salad for AED 150, without the need for reservations. This move comes at a time when dining costs in DIFC are soaring, providing a welcomed high-quality yet cost-effective option for both lunch and dinner.
An Elevated Experience at The Ledge
The Ledge, a premium rooftop space within The Slice, boasts expansive views of the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai skyline, establishing itself as the quintessential spot for after-work drinks or a relaxed evening out. Its proximity to DIFC's office and residential areas underscores its appeal as a convenient and attractive venue for both leisure and private events. Whether for corporate gatherings or personal celebrations, The Ledge is poised to be a sought-after location in DIFC.
Tapline: A Cocktail Haven
Beneath the allure of The Ledge lies Tapline, a hidden cocktail bar that promises an exclusive experience with its novel concept of tap-served cocktails. As DIFC's first of its kind, Tapline presents a curated selection of eight classic cocktails, including Mojitos, Palomas, and Negronis, crafted with expertise and served efficiently from the tap. This innovative approach ensures that guests can savor perfectly mixed drinks promptly, enhancing the overall enjoyment and making Tapline a must-visit for cocktail aficionados.
The introduction of The Slice, with its trio of distinctive venues - Rowley's, The Ledge, and Tapline - is poised to redefine the hospitality landscape in Dubai's DIFC. By combining fine dining, breathtaking views, and innovative cocktail experiences, The Slice is set to become a landmark destination, attracting both the daytime working crowd and the vibrant nightlife seekers of DIFC.
