Arabo, 67, won the Dubai Duty Free Millennium Millionaire Series 476, thanks to a ticket he purchased online on September 30, bearing the number 3893. Having lived in Al Ain for over 35 years and working for a private contracting firm, Arabo has participated in Dubai Duty Free's promotions for more than 15 years, a dedication that finally paid off with this significant win.

Arabo's victory marks him as the 10th Syrian to win in the Dubai Duty Free Millennium Millionaire promotion since it started in 1999. This win brings a long-awaited joy to Arabo, who expressed his gratitude by saying, "Finally, after many years, thank you Dubai Duty Free!"
