SUSHISAMBA Is Opening Its Second Location In The UAE This November
Sunset Hospitality Group, together with SUSHISAMBA Group and Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers, is delighted to unveil SUSHISAMBA Abu Dhabi. Set to open its doors in November, this venue represents the second SUSHISAMBA location within the UAE. The restaurant brings a unique culinary fusion, blending the traditions and flavors of Japan, Brazil, and Peru, offering a distinctive dining experience that aims to redefine Abu Dhabi's culinary landscape.
SUSHISAMBA Abu Dhabi is poised to be a game-changer in the city's dining scene, drawing inspiration from the historical migration of Japanese to Peru and Brazil in the early 20th century. This blend of cultures creates a dynamic atmosphere that promises an unforgettable, multi-sensory dining adventure.

Unlike its Dubai counterpart, which is located high above the ground, the Abu Dhabi branch enjoys a prime position on Podium 1 of Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers, directly adjacent to the scenic Corniche. This location not only offers easy valet access for guests but also situates the restaurant within an architectural marvel spanning two floors.
Designed by the acclaimed Lazaro Rosa Violan studio from Spain, the restaurant greets guests with its inviting "READY TO SAMBA?" sign, setting the stage for a memorable and enjoyable dining experience. The main dining area on the ground floor can host up to 100 guests amid a setting enhanced by rich textures, vibrant textiles, and an array of warm colors that celebrate the spirited cultures of Brazil and Peru. An open kitchen with sushi and robata grill counters adds to the immersive experience, allowing 8 guests to dine at the counters. Additionally, an outdoor terrace offers seating for 28 guests, providing stunning seafront views and a seamless blend of interior and exterior dining spaces.
The first floor of SUSHISAMBA Abu Dhabi extends the experience with a private dining room that accommodates up to 14 guests and an outdoor terrace perfect for hosting 100 guests, complete with a breathtaking bar overlooking tranquil waters.
This level also houses the SAMBAROOM, a hidden gem that can host up to 50 guests for intimate gatherings, featuring an inviting bar that encourages social interaction among patrons. The design of SAMBAROOM and the adjacent outdoor restaurant is ingeniously linked by glass doors, allowing for an open concept during the pleasant al fresco dining season.
Executive Chef Obed Villegas helms the kitchen, presenting a menu that showcases an artistic presentation of contemporary dishes. The menu spans a variety of cuisines, including traditional Japanese Tempura and Sushi, Peruvian Anticuchos and seviche, and features signature dishes such as the Chilean Seabass Anticuchos. Furthermore, diners can look forward to exclusive offerings like the SAMBA WagyuDhabi roll, specifically crafted for the Abu Dhabi location.
