With only a few villas left from the original 1,250, this achievement highlights the growing demand for sustainable living options. It also offers a final chance for potential buyers to own a villa in this sought-after community.

Eco-Friendly Home Sales Soar in Sharjah

The city spans over 7.2 million square feet in the Al Rahmaniya area of Sharjah and serves as more than just a residential development. It stands as a model for future cities, focusing on sustainability through food security, water and energy management, and natural resource conservation.
