Curated by Head Chef Karol with inspiration from areas known for their residents' longevity, this menu brings a taste of Sardinia, Italy, and Ikaria, Greece, to diners.

The concept of Blue Zones, regions where people live significantly longer, often surpassing 100 years, is the foundation of this special menu. Sardinia and Ikaria, in particular, are lauded for their focus on plant-based foods, physical activity, and strong community ties.
