Red Sea Global Partners With Four Seasons To Launch Luxury Wellness Resort In Saudi Arabia
In a significant development for Saudi Arabia's tourism and hospitality sector, Red Sea Global (RSG) has joined forces with Four Seasons to introduce a state-of-the-art luxury wellness resort and Private Residences at Triple Bay AMAALA. This collaboration aims to set new standards in luxury and wellness tourism within the region.
The upcoming Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay is poised to feature an impressive array of 220 keys. This will include a mix of rooms, suites, villas, and branded residential villas, all crafted to offer breathtaking views of the bay and the sea. Specifically designed with wellness tourism in mind, the resort will cater to wellness seekers through highly personalized itineraries. Guests can look forward to a luxury spa, strategic fitness collaborations, and an oceanfront golf course among the highlights. In addition, the property will boast six restaurants and bar outlets, versatile event spaces, a dedicated kids program, and a Discovery Centre.

The architectural design, being undertaken by U+A architects, takes inspiration from the unique landscape nestled between the Hijazi Mountains and Hijaz Cove. The design aims to blend lush landscapes, pools, and water features seamlessly, fostering an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. Additionally, the resort will introduce a Sleep Concierge service and feature a 550 sq m ballroom for events.
The Private Residences within the AMAALA project will offer villas ranging in size from 320 to over 650 sq m. Each villa is designed to ensure privacy while providing stunning ocean views and comes equipped with its own swimming facilities. This development is a cornerstone of AMAALA’s vision to advance regenerative tourism and sustainability within the region. The resort and residences are scheduled to welcome their first guests in 2025.
AMAALA's Vision for Sustainable Luxury
Once completed, AMAALA is set to feature over 3,900 hotel rooms and 1,200 luxury residential villas. These will be complemented by a wide array of retail, dining, wellness, and recreational facilities. This ambitious project aligns with the larger objectives of Saudi Arabia to diversify its economy through sustainable and regenerative tourism development.

Red Sea Global, known for its commitment to sustainable development, is at the forefront of this transformative project, demonstrating Saudi Arabia’s growing influence in the global luxury tourism and wellness sectors.
