Salmon Guru Dubai is celebrating its third anniversary in a spectacular fashion, introducing a groundbreaking new menu and organising a unique global guest shift on May 30. This event will feature a convergence of talent from the Salmon Guru establishments in Madrid, Milan, and Dubai, marking the first occasion where these teams unite in a single venue. This initiative underscores the brand's commitment to innovation, creativity, and the forging of unforgettable experiences.

The unveiling of the new food and cocktail menu on May 20 signified a leap in the culinary journey of Salmon Guru Dubai, showcasing a commitment to avant-garde flavors and presentation. The menu, infused with international influences and designed for sharing, promises to captivate patrons with its imaginative dishes and cocktails. The offerings aim to stimulate conversation and offer a delightful surprise with every bite or sip.

Among the standout dishes, patrons can look forward to the Crispy Lamb Pie, a savory blend of sobrasada and goat cheese topped with salsa alioli; the Tuna Tataki, enhanced with a Cantonese sauce, and Smoked Picanha Tataki, accompanied by pumpkin purée and fresh kimchi. Not to be missed are the Octopus Takoyaki and the Wild Seabass Tiradito, each dish bringing its unique flair and flavor to the table.

The refreshed cocktail menu at Salmon Guru Dubai takes patrons on a journey through a variety of categories, including Sour, Fruity, Refreshing, Strong, and the intriguingly named "What the F#@%K." The celebration continues on May 30, as Filippo Faedda and Steve Cabrera from Salmon Guru Milano join forces with founder Diego Cabrera for a special guest shift at the Dubai venue.
