ALDANAH is strategically located in Dhahran, adjacent to major landmarks like the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture, King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, and the primary commercial zones. This expansive development, stretching over 1.7 million square meters, aims to deliver over 2,000 residential units upon completion. The project stands out for its variety in housing designs, including duplexes, standard villas, and premium five-bedroom villas, all conveniently situated near lush greenery.
ALDANAH is designed with the vision of fostering vibrant and health-centric lifestyles for its residents. The development is set apart by its comprehensive amenities that cater to the needs of a family-friendly community, including mosques, community centers, retail and commercial spaces, and educational institutions.
Additionally, the project dedicates nearly 145,000 square meters to urban green spaces, promoting a naturally shaded and pedestrian-friendly environment that harmonizes with nature, thereby enhancing the quality of life for the residents of Greater Dammam.
