Pincode Unveils Snacky Diwali Menu To Celebrate Festivities With Unique Culinary Delights
This year, Pincode is bringing the essence of Diwali celebrations to life, courtesy of chef Kunal Kapur. The restaurant is set to launch a unique Snacky Diwali Menu that aims to encapsulate the warmth of family gatherings, the joy of sharing snacks, and the fun of card-playing sessions.
From October 20-22, patrons can savor this special menu at both the Dubai Hills Mall and The Galleria in Abu Dhabi. This initiative marries the comfort of traditional festivities with a contemporary twist.

Chef Kapur's Diwali menu is an invitation to indulge in culinary delights that echo the festivity's vibrant spirit. Among the offerings are Avocado 5 Spice Puchka, priced at AED 45, featuring avocado, baby potatoes, and aam papad gel, spiced with panchphoron and a wasabi zing.
The Masala Kanjivada, available for AED 48, is a tantalizing concoction of lentil fritters in mustard-beetroot water, adorned with pickled radish, cucumber ribbons, and a beetroot-mint labneh. Not to be missed is the Bhutte Ki Kachori for AED 48, an Indori-style corn-stuffed pastry, served with tangy khajur chutney and Sindhi kadhi.
For those with a penchant for meat, the Charminari Tala Gosht at AED 65 offers Hyderabadi mutton with a peanut khatta glaze and a hint of anardana. The Soya Chapli Kebab, priced at AED 55, presents soya kebab pockets accompanied by teekhi aioli, pyaz-imli chutney, and sweet potato fries.
To round off the meal, the Mewa Paakh Dryfruit Caramel Tart, crowned with smoked anjeer ice cream, serves as a luxurious homage to the sweet essence of Diwali.
