Four Seasons and Red Sea Global Unveil Luxurious Dune and Waterside Villas on Shura Island
Four Seasons, in collaboration with Red Sea Global, has announced the launch of Four Seasons Private Residences Red Sea at Shura Island. This development is part of Red Sea Global's flagship regenerative tourism project. A total of 75 residences will be available, including 43 Dune Villas and 32 Waterside Villas. These homes are designed to offer elegant living with personalised services on Shura Island.
"Bringing our highly sought-after residences to Shura Island is a significant milestone as we expand our presence in Saudi Arabia," says Alejandro Reynal, President and Chief Executive Officer, Four Seasons. "We are delighted to play a role in this impressive development, and together with our partners at Red Sea Global, we are looking forward to offering our residents the opportunity to enjoy luxury living with Four Seasons in this remarkable destination."

The residences will be situated between the Four Seasons Resort and Shura Links, an 18-hole championship golf course on the island. They will have direct access to both the beach and the Red Sea. The design ensures that each residence blends seamlessly into its surroundings, providing privacy within the dynamic landscape of Shura Island.
Stephen Cheesebrough, Head of Development at Red Sea Global, states: "Life on Shura Island is more than homeownership; it's an invitation to live extraordinarily at the heart of the Red Sea." He highlights that residents will have access to exclusive amenities such as signature restaurants by renowned chefs, designer boutiques, wellness sanctuaries, tennis and padel courts, and a golf course surrounded by turquoise waters.
The architecture of these three-to five-bedroom residences is crafted by Foster + Partners with interiors by Goddard Littlefair. The floorplans range from 414 to 534 square metres (4,467 to 5,748 square feet). Each villa features private infinity pools and expansive terraces for outdoor living. Natural materials like marble and limestone enhance the luxurious yet secluded environment.

Shura Island offers an ideal climate for year-round water activities. Residents can engage in paddle boarding, sailing, kayaking, snorkelling or PADI scuba diving to explore one of the world's largest barrier reef systems along the 200 kilometres (124 miles) of Red Sea coastline.
Residents will also have access to a Clubhouse at Shura Links managed by Four Seasons. This social hub includes a fitness centre, pool, and restaurant where homeowners can relax and socialise. The dedicated team led by a Director of Residences ensures a service-rich lifestyle with bespoke offerings like housekeeping, personal chefs, childcare services, golf lessons, and water sports instruction.
This level of care extends to property management as well. Four Seasons employees manage each home whether residents are present or not. This ensures that investments remain secure and well-maintained.

Shura Island is being developed with sustainability at its core. The master plan incorporates marine spatial planning to prevent over-tourism while offering exceptional experiences for guests and residents alike. Powered entirely by renewable energy day and night, plans include establishing marine protected areas and growing over 30 million plants by 2030.
The Red Sea International Airport (RSI) has started regular domestic and international flights in preparation for welcoming guests in 2026. Currently accessible via direct flights from Dubai, Doha, Jeddah, and Riyadh; upon arrival at RSI airport visitors can reach Four Seasons Resort within a 25-minute electric vehicle drive.
