Bluewaters Dubai Welcomes Sparkling New Dining And Music Destinations
Dubai's culinary scene continues to thrive with renowned chefs and diverse flavours. Bluewaters Dubai, known for its unique dining experiences, offers everything from gourmet dishes at SHI, Clay, and Alici to lively nights at Brass Monkey. Family-friendly options like Leen's, the city's only licensed Din Tai Fung, and Ribambelle are also popular.
Bluewaters is enhancing its dining portfolio with two new concepts that promise to attract food enthusiasts from all over. These additions cater to those seeking either a refined meal or an exciting night out.

The Spaniel – British Brasserie with Classic Charm
The Spaniel, led by Will Stanyer, who has honed his skills at Marina Social, The Link, Cloud 22 in Dubai, and Gordon Ramsay's York & Albany in London, offers a journey through British culinary traditions. The restaurant features cosy interiors inspired by classic British architecture and iconic sporting moments. Guests can enjoy traditional British recipes alongside a wide range of craft cocktails, making it ideal for socialising or unwinding.
VNYL Hi-Fi – A Haven for Music Lovers
Adding to the nostalgic theme, Bluewaters has introduced VNYL Hi-Fi, a new listening bar from the creators of Surf Club. This venue combines a hi-fi bar, creative hub, record store, and recording studio. It aims to be the go-to spot for Dubai's music enthusiasts. Downstairs offers Asian-inspired fusion cuisine and craft cocktails in a relaxed setting with retro decor and curated music selections.
As the evening progresses at VNYL Hi-Fi, a secret door reveals a spiral staircase leading to an energetic nightlife scene complete with disco balls and an advanced sound system featuring international DJs.
VNYL Hi-Fi officially opened on 1 September 2024.
