NCT&H Launches Four New Luxury Properties, Elevating Hospitality Standards in UAE and Beyond
In a strategic maneuver that underscores its ambition and commitment to the luxury segment of the hospitality industry, the National Corporation for Tourism and Hotels (NCT&H) has successfully incorporated four prestigious properties into its portfolio. This move not only enlarges the scope of NCT&H's offerings but also solidifies its standing as dominant force in both the national and global luxury hospitality markets. The inclusion of these esteemed resorts and hotels is a clear indication of NCT&H's dedication to providing outstanding experiences for its guests.
Among these new acquisitions are two of Abu Dhabi's most celebrated luxury resorts: The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort and Al Wathba, a Luxury Collection Desert Resort & Spa. Additionally, the expansion reaches beyond the UAE with the inclusion of Cheval Blanc Randheli in the Maldives and the newly inaugurated Cheval Blanc Seychelles. This growth elevates NCT&H's portfolio capacity to nearly 1,500 rooms, marking a significant enhancement in its capability to serve the ultra-luxury market segment.

H.E. Tareq Abdulraheem Al Hosani, Chairman of the Board - NCT&H, highlighted the importance of this expansion, stating: "The integration of these prestigious assets marks a transformative chapter for NCT&H, positioning us as a key player in the global luxury hospitality market. Our expanded portfolio allows us to offer unparalleled guest experiences while reinforcing Abu Dhabi's reputation as a premier destination for high-end tourism."
The acquisition is part of a strategic partnership with Alpha Dhabi Holding, which has obtained a controlling stake of 73.73% in NCT&H. This collaboration not only enhances NCT&H's capabilities in seizing new opportunities within the luxury hospitality realm but also showcases Alpha Dhabi's dedication to fostering significant growth in sectors with high potential.
NCT&H has a storied history of excellence in hotel ownership, management, and operation, contributing significantly to the promotion of Abu Dhabi as a leading destination for tourism and hospitality. The addition of these new properties complements the corporation's already impressive roster of luxury accommodations, which includes the InterContinental Abu Dhabi, InterContinental Residences Abu Dhabi, Danat Al Ain Resort, Danat Jebel Dhanna Resort, and Dhafra Beach Hotel. Each property in NCT&H's portfolio is celebrated for its unique charm, exceptional service, and adherence to the rich traditions of Arabian hospitality.
The expansion of NCT&H's luxury portfolio is in line with the company's strategic vision to enhance its luxury offerings and support the UAE's economic diversification goals. The hospitality sector continues to be a pivotal element of growth, with NCT&H poised to leverage the increasing demand for ultra-luxury experiences both within the UAE and on an international scale.
This strategic expansion not only strengthens NCT&H's position in the luxury hospitality industry but also contributes to the broader aim of positioning Abu Dhabi as a top-tier destination for affluent travelers globally.
