Here's A Line-Up Of The Talented Chefs For The MICHELIN Guide Food Festival Abu Dhabi 2024

The Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi, is preparing to host an extraordinary celebration of culinary excellence. From November 22nd to 24th, the MICHELIN Guide Food Festival will return, bringing together local and international chefs from 20 renowned restaurants. This event, now in its second edition, promises a spectacular array of exclusive dishes, masterclasses, and a market filled with fresh local produce, all designed to offer a breathtaking taste of Abu Dhabi's unique blend of traditional and modern cuisine.

This year's festival aims to surpass its previous successes by featuring a mix of local and international culinary stars, including the likes of Prin Polsuk from Samrub Samrub Thai and Allen Hyunmin Suh of Restaurant Allen. With a focus on sustainability, Michihiro Haruta of Crony will showcase dishes that highlight ethically sourced ingredients. From Portugal, Hans Neuner brings his Michelin-starred expertise to the table, while Ozan Kumbasar of Vino Locale will emphasize the importance of local produce and sustainability in his creations.

Debi Prasad Rath, the head chef at Erth in Abu Dhabi, will present dishes that reflect the Emirates' rich heritage, blending traditional flavors with modern culinary techniques. Lee Kok Hua of Hakkasan Abu Dhabi is set to offer a taste of Cantonese tradition through his innovative dishes. Thinus van der Westhuizen from 99 Sushi Bar will demonstrate his skill in fusing precision with creativity in Japanese cuisine.

Chef Navaneeth Chandran of La Petite Maison Abu Dhabi brings his expertise in French and international flavors, promising an unforgettable dining experience. Delfino Chiarello of Café Milano is ready to transport attendees to Italy with his authentic and innovative culinary style. The festival will also feature dishes from Aurora Storari, Luiz Filipe, Jesús Sánchez Sáinz, and many others, ensuring a diverse and rich gastronomic journey.

Early bird tickets are available until October 31st for AED 85 per person, offering access to a variety of festival activities, including culinary demonstrations and the opportunity to taste unique dishes. Standard tickets will be available for AED 100 per person, with children under 12 admitted for free. However, it's important to note that tickets grant entry only and do not include food and beverages.
