Majid Al Futtaim Unveils Maravelle, Dubai’s First Ultra-Premium Wellness Destination At Ghaf Woods

Majid Al Futtaim has introduced Maravelle at Ghaf Woods, a wellness-focused destination within Dubai's first forest community. This development is designed to set a new standard for luxurious living by integrating natural elements with sustainable design and health benefits.

The master plan of Ghaf Woods provides the foundation for Maravelle, aiming to offer a sophisticated residential experience. This community combines architectural elements with natural environments to promote well-being. The development spans 25,000 square metres and includes 96 residences across four boutique buildings.

Maravelle prioritises wellness in its design philosophy. The homes feature advanced ventilation systems, low-emission materials, and circadian lighting that mimics natural daylight. These elements are intended to enhance visual comfort and mental health while maintaining a calm environment.
