Kishmish Afghan Culinary Tour in Mirdif

A Journey Through Flavors and Stories

At Kishmish, storytelling isn't just an added touch; it's the very soul of the restaurant. The fried okra, for instance, isn't merely a crispy delight; it's a homage to the Afghan lady from Jalalabad who was a pillar in Nazemi's upbringing. Similarly, the Afghan burger, crafted with a chapli kebab mixture, pickled onions, homemade chilli chutney aioli, and fries, is a culinary ode to the Afghan fries first sold by refugees in Peshawar. Each dish at Kishmish is a chapter in the grand narrative of Afghan culture, a taste of history served on a plate.
