Indian celebrity chef Ranveer Brar is preparing to introduce Kashkan – Kissaghar on 28 October 2025 in Dubai. This launch signifies a notable expansion of the Kashkan brand in the UAE. Following the success of Kashkan at Dubai Festival City Mall, Kissaghar emerges as a distinctive extension, embodying Chef Brar's vision of transforming dining into an immersive cultural experience.

The menu at Kissaghar offers a vibrant selection of regional Indian dishes and Mumbai-style tapas. These dishes reimagine small-plate culture with an Indian perspective. Signature creations by Chef Brar showcase his skill in blending nostalgia with modernity, inviting guests to rediscover familiar flavors innovatively.
