Hilton Appoints Alessandro Redaelli as VP of Operations for North Africa and Levant
Hilton has announced the expansion of its operations in North Africa and Levant by naming Alessandro Redaelli as the Vice President of Operations for the region. Redaelli, who will be based in Cairo, brings over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including significant leadership roles in Europe and the Middle East. His recent position was that of General Manager at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers, in Abu Dhabi.
In his new capacity, Redaelli will oversee the operations of 35 hotels across seven of Hilton's brands in North Africa and Levant. This role is pivotal as the company aims to add almost 50 more properties in these areas in the near future.
Redaelli's extensive background in hospitality, coupled with his deep understanding of the region, is expected to play a crucial role in reinforcing Hilton's presence and delivering superior guest experiences across North Africa and Levant.

Under the leadership of Carlos Khneisser, Vice President, Development, Middle East & Africa, Hilton, and Sam Diab, Managing Director, Development, North & East Africa, Hilton, the company is strategically expanding its portfolio in North Africa & Levant.
Hilton has ambitious plans to triple its portfolio in Egypt, introducing the Curio Collection by Hilton and Tapestry Collection by Hilton brands to the country for the first time. Furthermore, Hilton aims to double its presence in Morocco, marking the debut of the Waldorf Astoria in Rabat, along with the introduction of LXR Hotels & Resorts and Hampton by Hilton.
The company also recently added the Hilton Cairo Nile Maadi to its Egyptian portfolio and launched the luxury Signia by Hilton brand in the EMEA region with the opening of Signia by Hilton Amman in Jordan.
