Hakkasan Abu Dhabi Welcomes Leo Salman As New Bar Manager To Enhance Mixology Experience
Hakkasan Abu Dhabi, located at Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, has announced Leo Salman as its new Bar Manager. With over 15 years of international experience, Salman is renowned for his expertise in luxury mixology and beverage strategy.
Salman's most recent role was as Global Head of Mixology at Buddha-Bar Worldwide. There, he led bar innovation and crafted signature cocktail menus for the group's global locations. His influence extended to launching The Trilogy by Buddha-Bar in Abu Dhabi and managing beverage operations at B-Lounge by Buddha-Bar at The Ritz-Carlton, Doha.

His previous positions include senior roles at Burj Al Arab's Scape Terrace & Lounge and Grosvenor House Dubai's Buddha-Bar. During his tenure, he created award-winning cocktails recognised at prestigious competitions like the Diageo World Class and Monin Cup.
Salman holds a Level 2 Honours in Wines & Spirits and a Masters in Spirits from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET). He is also FBA and IBA certified. Additionally, he possesses an MBA in International Hospitality Management, a Bachelor in Hotel Management, and a diploma in International Hotel and Hospitality Management from the American Hotel & Lodging Association.
In his new position at Hakkasan Abu Dhabi, Salman aims to elevate the bar's offerings further. He plans to lead the development of seasonal menus, introduce creative collaborations, and enhance the overall bar programme.
The appointment of Salman is expected to bring a fresh perspective to Hakkasan Abu Dhabi's bar scene. His extensive background promises innovative changes that will enrich the customer experience.
