Dubai, known for its extravagant culinary landscape, is now gearing up to host one of the premier food and hospitality events on the global calendar. Gulfood 2024 is set to make a grand return today until February 23, at Dubai World Trade Centre.

This year's edition promises to be bigger and better than ever before. A record-breaking 5,500-plus exhibitors and visitors from over 190 countries are set to take part in the mega event, spanning 24 halls.

Gulfood 2024 will serve as a platform to explore innovative strategies and solutions for global food systems. From spotlighting advancements in ag-tech to addressing issues in food loss and waste, the event will address key topics shaping the future of food production and consumption. The exhibition will feature an impressive lineup of global brands, including industry giants like Agthia, Al Ain Dairy, Americana, Dilmah, Hype Beverages, JBS, Lactalis, Monin, Tilda, and Wilmar. These exhibitors, alongside thousands of newcomers, will showcase authentic food products, ingredients, and culinary practices, facilitating business connections and deals. Additionally, this year’s edition will also witness new country pavilions from Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Venezuela.

Shaping The Future Of The F&B Industry

Gulfood 2024 will host the Gulfood Inspire Conference, where industry leaders, innovators, and thought leaders will engage in impactful discussions on various trending topics. From digitalization and circular food systems to investment opportunities and food safety, the conference will offer insights into the future of the F&B industry and strategies for sustainable growth.

In the 29th edition, 'Top Table' returns as a key feature, presenting a star-studded line-up of internationally renowned chefs who unveiled the next culinary trend and food masterpieces. With over 100 chefs presenting diverse cuisines and culinary techniques, including Alain Passard, Enrico Cerea, Joan Roca, Begona Rodrigo, Mark Donald, Pepe Solla, Akira Back, and Vladimir Mukhin, attendees can expect a feast for the senses.

Furthermore, the 'Dubai World Cuisine Movement', initiated during the previous edition of Gulfood, will continue its mission to promote culinary excellence and cultural diversity. Through city-wide dinner collaborations, homegrown chefs will have the opportunity to collaborate with culinary icons from around the world, enriching Dubai's culinary landscape.

The event will also feature the 'YouthX Chef Challenge', an initiative aimed at empowering young F&B talent through immersive experiences and career opportunities. Teams from leading restaurants and hotels will compete for a chance to win internships at prestigious Michelin-starred establishments.
