Grovy Developers Unveils RIVO In Dubailand, 50% Of Units Reserved Before Launch

Grovy Developers, real estate firm in Dubai, has unveiled its latest residential venture, RIVO by Grovy. The construction of this project is already in progress, with completion expected by the fourth quarter of 2027.

The project has seen substantial interest, with bookings reaching 50% of the total units since early November. Construction commenced last week to meet the Q4 2027 handover timeline.

RIVO by Grovy is situated in the Dubai Land Residential Complex (DLRC), a highly transacted area. It boasts modern architecture and well-thought-out interiors. The location is conveniently close to the upcoming DLRC metro station, Dubai Academic City, and Dubai International Airport.

The development offers a range of unit types that are uncommon in DLRC. It includes 133 apartments: 14 studios, 69 one-bedroom, 30 two-bedroom, 14 three-bedroom, and 6 four-bedroom units. These residences feature expansive layouts, floor-to-ceiling windows, large balconies, and smart building systems with integrated home automation.

Residents can enjoy various amenities such as a temperature-controlled infinity pool, fitness centre, yoga deck, children's play areas, and a rooftop dining area surrounded by landscaped green spaces.

The project's pricing starts at AED 690,000 for studios. It targets the expanding mid-market segment with its emphasis on architectural excellence in an area dominated by investment-focused developments.

RIVO's unit sizes are among the largest in DLRC's residential offerings. The two-bedroom apartments range from 1,194 to 1,372 square feet and are significantly larger than typical competitors. The four-bedroom units can reach up to 2,638 square feet and are some of the few family-sized options available in the district.
