A new culinary destination has opened in Dubai with the introduction of Fumée, a steakhouse dedicated to the art of smoke and flavour. Expanding to two prime locations, each venue offers a distinct take on the brand's signature warmth and sophistication.

Fumée at Fairmont Dubai welcomes guests into an elevated setting featuring high ceilings, warm wooden floors, and a candlelit atmosphere that creates a romantic and inviting environment. Dark leather seating, greenery accents, and playful artworks add depth, while soft jazz notes provide a timeless feel. Meanwhile, at District 8, Fumée presents a more artistic expression with deep textures and golden accents inspired by Saint Basil's Cathedral.

The Golden Ottoman is a standout sharing steak that takes centre stage at the table. The menu also features Lobster Linguine al Bisque with fresh lobster in rich tomato bisque sauce.
