Falcon Executive Aviation Unveils Dubai’s First Fully Private Terminal For Helicopters And EVTOL Mobility

Falcon Executive Aviation, a subsidiary of Alex Group Investment, recently unveiled plans for a new, fully private multi-modal FBO terminal in Dubai during the Dubai Airshow. This facility is designed to become the central hub for helicopter services and future eVTOL operations in the city.

Constructed on a 6,380 square meter plot, the terminal is set to be an ultra-private space with direct Helipad and Vertiport access. It will allow immediate helicopter and eVTOL arrivals, departures, and transfers between emirates.

The facility aims to provide a seamless and rapid travel experience, enabling passengers to land by private jet, clear customs privately, and continue their journey via helicopter or eVTOL services for efficient point-to-point travel across Dubai.

The project positions Falcon as the UAE's first operator to fully integrate private jet, helicopter, and eVTOL services within a single private aviation gateway. This integration is set to unlock a new era of urban air mobility for Dubai, transforming how people travel within the city.

Mr. Sultan Rashit Abdulla Rashit Al Shene, Founder & Chairman of Alex Group Investment, stated, "This terminal marks a decisive shift in Dubai's aviation future. In addition to its advanced mobility features, the development will offer luxury amenities. These include high-end retail, private banking, commercial spaces, and dedicated VIP lounges. All of these elements are designed to support a premium, efficient vertical-mobility ecosystem, enhancing the overall experience for travellers.
